Staff is very nice and friendly only the hotel corridor is very old .rest all good

Intercontinental Bali Resort is always consistently great. Our short stay was a delight at this property, Garden view room was spacious, quiet and had a very comfortable bed with Balinese accents fulfilling the room. Breakfast restaurant is gorgeous with such a large array of fresh food offerings. Pool and superbly maintained grounds are a magnificent attribute for this well established property, though very busy with occupancy, manages well. It is the staff of IC Bali Resort that are always so welcoming, friendly, professional and impeccably groomed, always such delightful interactions with all and very helpful in our time of need when we accidentally were locked out on our balcony, such speedy rectification from staff.
A solid 10/10 and look forward to a longer stay next visit.

Excellent stay .. amazing staff especially at breakfast ( special thanks to Angga, Arnawan, Suyasna as well as the ladies at the entrance of Taman gita restaurant or in Sunset bar restaurants ( they are all great but my favorite was Agus in Sunset ?) Italian restaurant has good food but it’s bit costly and portions are small.. good part is that there is plenty of space to sunbath towards the beach area , one no need to fight for the chair … room was good ?.. all in all great stay

可以在酒店一直躺著 很舒服 房間霉味還能接受 比起其他酒店算ok的了。 就是床單被罩沒有完全乾凈的 都有污漬。 在峇里島住過很多酒店 發現都有這個問題。

There are a number of seafood BBQ restaurants south of the hotel. As a result, around 10-11am in the day, a large amount of pungent smoke begins to blow into the hotel. This is especially an issue if you are staying on the southern side of the hotel.
We also found ants in our tea station, so somewhat concerning as well.
Hotel is also showing its age, with the aircon in the wardrobe leaking at night, which creates a dangerous slip hazard.

房間溫馨老錢風，酒店雖然不新，但整潔有序，感受不錯。 無邊泳池的設計很有巧思，在泳池還可以享受吧枱服務，很驚喜。私人海灘沙子很細膩。

酒店服務專業，房間舒適?整潔，酒店擁有無敵??私家海灘，酒店面積龐大，很多設施與餐廳可體驗，游泳池寬敞，整個酒店被植物包圍，空氣清新，能夠洗滌心靈。

This is an absolute oasis of calm in the busyness or south-west Bali. The staff are wonderful.

This resort was developed in the 1990s on a huge block of land. Ergo, the grounds are extensive, the facilities are grand and spacious and whilst busy, it never felt crowded. There were a number of pools and direct access to the beach. There was a good range of restaurants. The breakfast was good was an extensive range served both in a dining room as well as at the poolside cafe. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. They understood the concept of good customer service. My only gripe was that the room felt damp so we asked for a dehumidifier to be put into our room.

這次酒店還是非常滿意的，雖然預訂之前種種顧慮，但是還是很多驚喜。首先，我覺得金巴蘭沙灘的沙子是我目前對比努沙杜瓦、庫塔、倉谷、烏魯瓦圖最好的沙灘，非常細，很適合沖浪，下海玩耍。其次，酒店景色好，泳池漂亮，日落非常美。酒店服務非常好，升級了房型，早餐很豐盛，退房時前臺很暖心告訴我，如果一會兒需要洗澡的話，還可以免費提供房間洗漱。還有，就是酒店的沙灘毛巾，真的又厚又大又舒服，可不像某些酒店那種糊弄你。唯獨就是有些設施比較老了，但整體還是很巴厘風格。
